What we collect
When you create an account we store your email and optional profile name. When you run an assessment we process the documents you upload (deeds, surveys, Form 1 C, CTC, ID) and store derived report results in our database.
How we use it
Your documents and report data are used solely to provide automated pre-screening and to display your report history. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage & processors
Data is hosted on Supabase (auth, database, file storage). Document analysis may use third-party APIs (e.g. MapLy, Landing AI, OpenAI) configured for your deployment. Files are retained while your account and reports exist unless you delete them.
Shared report links
Completed reports may include a token-based view link. Anyone with that link can read the report. Only share links with people you trust.
Your choices
You can delete reports from your history and sign out at any time. For account deletion or data requests, contact the RegistryPass operator for your deployment.
